Water Rates Information
Water District #4 Rates effective with April 1, 2015 billing:
Flat rate of $68.00 for the first 4,000 gallons of water used and $8.93 per thousand for any overage. This rate represents a reduction from the original 200% of the Village of Gowanda rates to 170%.
